Delivery and subscription activation

1. Book delivery within Morocco

We ship books within Morocco only. Delivery usually takes around 48 hours after confirming the order, address and stock availability. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Location, holidays and carrier conditions may affect it; the team tells you about known delays before dispatch.

Standard delivery is included in the 199 MAD book offer and the 399 MAD book-and-platform bundle. No undisclosed charges are added, and special changes need your prior agreement. We do not dispatch an order before confirming it with you.

2. Platform activation

Activation is automatic where the payment method supports it, or takes less than one hour after Warsha confirms payment. Bank transfers must first be confirmed as received; a transfer screenshot alone is not always confirmation.

For cash-on-delivery bundles, activation becomes available after the team or carrier confirms delivery and collection. Use the enclosed code where required. If access is still missing one hour after payment confirmation, contact support with the order reference, without sending confidential information.

3. Access period and content

The 365-day period starts at subscription activation for the child, program and grade in the order. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. The free lesson requires no bank card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

The offer distinguishes published content from content being released progressively. Subscribing does not mean all planned content is already available. A compatible device and internet connection are required. Book bundles do not include a tablet.

4. Price, confirmation and cancellation

Prices use Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The order page shows the total and included components. For instalment offers, the total and due dates are confirmed in writing before payment: 525 × 2 totals 1050 MAD, not the 990 MAD single-payment price.

You may change or cancel a book order before dispatch by contacting the team. After dispatch or activation, follow the cancellation and refund policy. If stock is unavailable, we do not substitute a grade or product without your agreement, and any amount due is refunded on cancellation.
