Is the free lesson live with a teacher?

The trial includes a video lesson and exercises with corrections. Live classes are a separate plan. You can request teacher support without trying the video first.

Does my child need a computer?

They can learn in a browser on a phone, computer or tablet with an internet connection. A larger screen may make exercises easier to read.

What if they don’t understand the first time?

They can pause and replay the explanation, use hints and review the corrections. Questions to a teacher are included in the support or live-class plans.

When does teacher support start, and how do we pay?

After your callback request, we confirm teacher availability and the group’s schedule and explain payment before you subscribe. The callback is free, with no automatic subscription renewal.

When does the lesson open, and in which language?

The lesson opens as soon as you register and verify your WhatsApp number, without waiting for a call. The first primary-school lesson is available in Arabic or French. Other published primary lessons and current middle-school lessons are in Arabic.
