Before you order

Can I buy the book on its own?

Yes. The printed book alone costs MAD 199, without a digital subscription. The MAD 399 pack includes the book, 365 days of online learning and delivery within Morocco. Choose your order type in the form.

Are the books in Arabic or French?

The printed books in this pack are in Arabic. If you want a book in French, contact the team before ordering.

Do I need a device or another subscription?

Use the platform on your phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. The pack includes only the book, subscription and delivery; a device and internet connection are not included.

When will the book arrive?

Delivery within Morocco usually takes around 48 hours after order and stock confirmation. This is an estimate; location, holidays and carrier conditions may affect it. We tell you about known changes before dispatch. Delivery and activation details

How do we activate the platform?

Activation is automatic or takes less than one hour after Warsha confirms payment. For cash-on-delivery bundles, this period starts after delivery and collection are confirmed, not when the order is submitted. Use the order reference and enclosed code when needed. Sign in with the same phone number and select the right child. No new payment is needed for activation.

Does the pack cover all children in the family?

MAD 399 includes a book and subscription for one child. The total updates when you add packs for other children; delivery is included. There is no automatic renewal.

What if my child already has an active subscription?

What about changing an order or a problem with the book?

You can cancel before shipping. After delivery, you may request a return within 14 days, subject to the book’s condition and pack terms. If it arrives damaged or does not match your order, we cover the return and arrange a replacement or appropriate refund.
